PREAMBLE
uoA.a is a Private Membership Association of Creative Intelligence. We operate entirely within the private domain and share our works by mutual private agreement. Contributions received sustain our mission of consciousness renewal, artistic stewardship, and sacred economics. All offerings are accessible to members only.
This Association does not engage in public commerce, does not operate under corporate law, and is protected under the First and Ninth Amendments of the U.S. Constitution. Participation is by invitation and mutual accord.

ARTICLE I — Name & Purpose
The name of this Association is uoA.a. Its purpose is to hold a private container for creative intelligence, non-market production, research, education, and carefully curated transmission and support work for its members.

ARTICLE II — Membership
a) book or request a listed offering; or
b) make a voluntary monetary or crypto contribution in support of the Association’s works.
2. By booking, requesting, or contributing, the individual affirms acceptance of these Articles and the uoA.a Manifest (both accessible by link).
3. Members agree to participate within the private domain and to respect the Association’s purpose and terms.

ARTICLE III — Scope of Works
uoA.a’s works include (but are not limited to): creative intelligence consultancy, Questankh modalities, SeedTalk transmissions, healing arts, research, publications, and related creative projects — all offered within the private membership domain.

ARTICLE IV — Contributions & Use of Resources
Contributions are voluntary and support the ongoing work of the Association. Contributions are received and managed for the purpose of sustaining the Association’s activities and infrastructure. Contributions are not public commerce and are governed by this private membership framework.

ARTICLE V — Privacy & Confidentiality
Members shall respect the privacy and confidentiality of other members and of Association activities. Materials, communications, and sessions provided within the membership are private and not for public distribution without explicit permission.

ARTICLE VI — Governance & Stewardship
The Founding Steward (identified below) is the initiating steward of the Association and oversees its implementation and stewardship. The Founding Steward may appoint advisors, a council, or other stewards as needed. The Association owns itself and is held in trust for its membership.

ARTICLE VII — Amendments
The Founding Steward may amend these Articles. Active Members will be notified of amendments. Amendments take effect as determined by the Founding Steward and in accordance with the intent of maintaining the Association’s private nature.

ARTICLE VIII — Termination of Membership
Membership may be ended at any time by the Member or by the Association. Termination may be made with or without stated cause; notice in writing (including email) is sufficient.

ARTICLE IX — Effective Date & Ratification
These Articles are effective on the date below and are ratified by the Founding Steward in furtherance of the Association’s mission.
